Uploaded Content

We temporarily store video and audio files you upload for processing. Source files are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing. Output files are stored until you delete them or your account is terminated.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data such as feature usage, processing times, and error logs to improve the Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card or banking details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process your video and audio files as requested
• To manage your account and subscription
• To communicate with you about the Service (updates, security alerts)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Cloud infrastructure providers — to store and process your files (encrypted at rest)
• Law enforcement — only when required by law

4. Data Retention

Uploaded source files are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing. Output files are retained in your account until you delete them. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel and automated systems necessary for providing the Service.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
